I spent last weekend from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening in New Forest and came across 3 big herds of fallow deer. One of them about 10 young bucks, then 14 crossing a field including a white one, then just before we left the forest about 20 ran right up to us while having our lunch.
Back then I didn't have a working camera, so I thought I definitely have to visit that area with one close at hand too. So that's exactly what I did.
We walked from Lordshill in Southampton through Totton on the Test Way and entered New Forest at Churchplace Inclosure, where we spent the first night under the pines.

The next day we basically followed Beaulieu River down to Foxhunting Inclosure and returned back to Roundeye Hill in Ipley Inclosure and here we settled for the evening.
